We want ordering from Foxglove Supply to be simple and transparent. Below you'll find information about processing, shipping, returns, custom printing, privacy, and more.
Privacy Policy
Foxglove Supply respects your privacy.
When you place an order, submit a form, join our email list, or otherwise interact with our website, we may collect information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing information, order information, and other information you voluntarily provide.
This information is used to:
- Process and fulfill orders
- Provide customer service
- Communicate with you about your order
- Operate and improve our website and services
- Send marketing communications when you have chosen to recieve them
- Prevent fraud and maintain website security
- Meet applicable legal, tax, and business obligations
Payment information is processed through our website's payment providers. Foxglove Supply does not directly store complete payment card information.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for site functionality, analytics, preferences, and marketing. Where applicable, visitors may be given choices regarding non-essential cookies through our cookie consent banner.

By accessing this website or purchasing from Foxglove Supply, you agree to these Policies and any terms presented during checkout.
Product colors and appearances may vary slightly due to screen setting, garment variations, printing processes, and photography.
Foxglove Supply reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors, refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, update products or availability, and modify these policies as the business evolves.
All Original Foxglove Supply artwork, branding, graphics, photographs, written content, and other original creative material are owned by Foxglove Supply unless otherwise stated. and may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Customers submitting artwork for custom printing represent that they have they necessary permission or rights to reproduce that artwork. Foxglove Supply may decline printing requests involving artwork we reasonably believe the customer does not have permission to reproduce.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida.

Shipping & Turnaround
Foxglove Supply is a small business, and many of our items are printed or prepared to order.
Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Foxglove Supply is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Foxglove.
Eligible non-custom items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Because many Foxglove items are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Foxglove Supply, we'll work with you to make it right.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom printed, personalized, or otherwise made-to-order custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error or defect caused by Foxglove Supply.
Artwork & Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, garment details, sizes , color, placement, quantities, and other order information before production begins. Once an order has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Turnaround
Typical custom printing turnaround is 5-7 business days after the final artwork approval and payment.
Larger or more complex orders may required additional time. Any significant changes to the expected turnaround will be communicated before production whenever possible.
Customer-Supplied Garments
Customers are welcome to provide their own garments for printing.
Customer-supplied garments are printed at the customers risk. Foxglove Supply cannot replace or reimburse customer-provided items if damage occurs during the printing process.
We reserve the right to decline garments that are unsuitable for DTF printing or could reasonably be damaged during production.
Custom Order Returns
Because custom products are created specifically for the customer, all custom and personalized orders are final sale.
If Foxglove Supply makes an error or the finished product is defective, please contact us within 7 days or recieving your order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Need to change something? Contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate order changes or cancellations before production begins.
Once an item has entered production, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations and custom orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Custom & Personalized Items
The Wild Ones is Foxglove Supply’s conservation-focused collection created to highlight threatened and endangered wildlife and the places they depend on.
$5 from every Wild Ones item sold is donated to conservation efforts connected to the species featured in that release.
Conservation recipients may vary between Wild Ones releases so that each collection can support work relevant to its featured species.
Donation totals and conservation information may be shared through Foxglove Supply’s Wild Impact updates.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a donation to a conservation organization does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or an official partnership between that organization and Foxglove Supply.
